10.Customer Feedback Form & yearly credentials from respective clients.
11.Working Stock Database.
12.AMC Asset Database, IR, Issuing of Tools, Deployment.
13.Service Meeting Database.
14.Account Profitability to BM.
15.Quarterly Spares consumption customer wise to BM.
16.Call Management with daily update to BM.
17.Engineers Performance Report & Yearly Promotional activity with HR.
18.Ensuring Prevention from Blacklisting, Penalty & LD etc.
19.House Keeping of Service Area.
21.1st, 2nd & 3rd level support as an when required.
22.Monthly visit to AMC clients & collection of QOS.
23.Daily, Weekly & Monthly Meetings & Reviews.
24.Daily Call Allocation & Reporting from Field & Resident Engineers.
25.Work Planning, Maintaining Documentation.
|Desired Candidate Profile:|
|Service Head: 7-10 years’ experience/ Salary: 28-30K/ Location: Guwahati/ Technically Competent/ Should have proficiency of managing client across north east with a team of 50 or more/ Preferably from Accel ICIM, Wipro, Integrated System & Services, Any IT Service Provider.|
